During this call, we will: Connect on a Deep Level: Engage in heartfelt conversation to understand where you are on your spiritual path, your intentions, and what you are seeking from this retreat. Ask Thoughtful, Guiding Questions: We’ll explore key areas of your current journey, challenges, and aspirations to ensure alignment with the retreat’s purpose and energy. Provide a Full Retreat Overview: If it feels like the right fit, we’ll walk you through every detail of the retreat experience, including the sacred practices, daily flow, workshops, and transformational opportunities that await. Answer Your Questions: Receive answers to any questions you have, allowing you to feel fully informed and supported as you consider this next step. Consult & Guide: We’ll help you assess whether this retreat aligns with your soul’s current needs, offering guidance for preparation and integration. Purpose of the Call: This Discovery Call is more than a consultation — it is your first step into a sacred container of healing, awakening, and transformation. We invite you to approach this time with focus, presence, and openness, dedicating the hour fully to yourself and your journey. By taking this step, you are energetically preparing to enter the retreat space and align with the profound work that awaits. How to Prepare: Please ensure you are in a quiet space where you can give yourself full attention, free from distractions. Cancellation Policy
Non-Refundable Policy for Sisters of the Conscious Soul LLC Policy Overview: At Sisters of the Conscious Soul LLC, we strive to provide the highest quality services and experiences for our clients. To ensure fairness and clarity, we have established a non-refundable policy for all transactions. This policy applies to all services, including Reiki sessions, sound healing sessions, workshops, events, and any other offerings provided by Sisters of the Conscious Soul LLC. Non-Refundable Policy: Scope: This non-refundable policy applies to all transactions, including but not limited to service bookings, event registrations, and product purchases. Booking and Payment: All bookings and payments for services, workshops, and events are final and non-refundable. Payments must be made in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment or reservation. Cancellations and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment or event registration, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment or event will not be eligible for a refund or credit. We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. No-Show Policy: If you do not attend your scheduled appointment or event without prior notification, you will forfeit the full payment, and no refund or credit will be issued. Workshops and Events: All workshop and event fees are non-refundable. In the event that a workshop or event is canceled by Sisters of the Conscious Soul LLC, a full refund or credit will be issued. Products: All product sales are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products purchased through Sisters of the Conscious Soul LLC. Exceptional Circumstances: In exceptional circumstances, such as emergencies or unforeseen events, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a credit or rescheduling option.
