Today, I had the honor of holding space for an incredible group of young women from @collieryouthservices , guiding them through a sound healing experience focused on nervous system regulation, self-awareness, and inner peace. This experience was deeply personal for me. As a survivor of childhood abuse and having my first child at 15, I know what it feels like to carry pain, uncertainty, and the belief that your circumstances define your future. What I’ve learned through my own healing journey is that our past may shape our story, but it does not determine our destiny. It’s just a story now! No matter where we come from or what we’ve survived, we all possess the power to heal, grow, and create lives filled with purpose, joy, and possibility. As I looked around the room, I didn’t see young women defined by their circumstances. I saw resilience. I saw courage. I saw strength. I saw young warrior women with bright futures ahead of them. Sometimes all we need is someone to remind us of the power that already lives within us. My heartfelt gratitude to Ann Marie for securing the grant that made this offering possible and for recognizing the importance of bringing healing and wellness to these young women. What a sacred and powerful afternoon in circle today. ✨ I wish I had taken more photos, but we were so deeply immersed in healing, sharing, remembering, and being present with one another that the moments asked to be lived rather than captured. Today, we remembered something ancient within us. We remembered our sacred sisterhood. Across lifetimes, many paths have led us back together to this moment in time. A time when women are being called to remember their medicine, their wisdom, their voice, and their purpose. A time when we are waking from our slumber and returning home to ourselves. Through our Red Thread Ceremony, we honored the truth that the sacred driver runs through us all. We are forever connected by something deeper than circumstance—woven together by love, remembrance, and sisterhood. Nothing can ever truly separate us. My heart is so full after this beautiful evening. Two days before the Summer Solstice, we gathered in sacred community to honor this powerful seasonal threshold—a time of light, expansion, vitality, and renewal. A time to slow down, soften, and remember that in a world that constantly asks us to do, there is also deep medicine in simply being. Each participant received three acupuncture points in the ear to support nervous system regulation, balance, and restoration. Combined with the medicine of sound, the experience was truly profound. As the acupuncture and healing frequencies worked together, participants were invited to journey inward—to release, receive, and reconnect with the peace, wisdom, and love that already live within them. May's Women’s Healing Circle was nothing short of sacred transformation. Within the womb-like embrace of Numa, we gathered as women — hearts open, souls softened, bodies remembering. Together we released, restored, grieved, laughed, cried, and awakened the ancient wisdom carried within our womb spaces. Rooted deeply into Mother Earth and held beneath the cosmos, we became a living red river of sisterhood — flowing as one through pain, love, remembrance, tenderness, and power. Every woman arrived exactly as she was, and every woman was witnessed in her truth. There is something profoundly healing when women gather with intention… when masks fall away, when the divine feminine rises, when we remember that our bodies are sacred portals of creation, intuition, life, and rebirth. My heart is overflowing with gratitude for every woman who showed up for herself today. Today was a truly beautiful day in sacred sisterhood 🤍✨ We gathered at the beautiful Woman’s Club of Red Bank @recklesswcrb to sip, soften, and open, and what unfolded was nothing short of magic. It was such an honor to hold space alongside my dear soul sister, Allison Miller @alison_skincare , who brought the most nurturing, grounding energy through her wisdom of herbal remedies and teas. Each blend was so lovingly prepared—deeply nourishing, soothing to the body, and gently resetting our nervous systems. Together, we dropped into a sacred journey… A guided visualization into the library of the heart, where each woman met herself with compassion, presence, and truth—holding herself, seeing herself, giving herself exactly what she needed in that moment. From there, we flowed into the healing vibrations of sound… Where walls softened, hearts opened, and energy moved. There was space to be vulnerable, to release, to receive, to restore. To be held—and to hold one another. This is the medicine of sisterhood. This is the power of gathering in intention. I am always so humbled by these circles… each one uniquely magical, perfectly aligned, and divinely guided in ways words can hardly capture. To every woman who showed up for herself today—thank you.
