There are some moments that reach places within the heart that words simply cannot. 🤍 Sitting in sacred space with my beautiful sister, Dan Arhakos of Discovering Kaia, as she sings the Ho’oponopono prayer is always one of those moments for me. “I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you.” These words move through me every time—bringing sorrow, love, forgiveness, gratitude, and joy all at once. They remind me of the beauty of allowing ourselves to feel it all… to soften, to release, to forgive, and ultimately, to return to love. It is always such an honor to share space with Dan. Sound isn’t simply something we hear—it is vibration moving through and around us. Modern medicine is already harnessing acoustic energy in extraordinary ways. Histotripsy, for example, uses precisely focused ultrasound waves to mechanically break down targeted tumor tissue without an incision. This beautiful moment was captured before ceremony—cleansing my soul sister Dan with sacred Copal smoke as we prepared ourselves to step into service together. This part of the work is sacred to me. As energy healers,facilitators, space holders and shamanic practitioners, we are entering spaces where people may be releasing, opening, grieving, remembering, and moving through deeply held emotions and energy. Before we witness any of that, we tend to our own energetic fields. We ground. We clear. We protect. We strengthen our energetic boundaries. We release anything that is not ours to carry and become intentional about what we allow into our field and what we bring into the sacred container. We clear our minds, our hearts, our bodies, and our energy so that the vessel is as present and prepared as possible for the work ahead. Because holding space doesn’t mean absorbing what another person is carrying. For me, part of being in service is learning how to remain openhearted without taking on what isn’t mine. To witness without carrying. To offer medicine without losing myself in another person’s process. To stay rooted in my own body, my own energy, and my connection to Spirit. And there is something incredibly beautiful about preparing one another in this way. Dan, I love you so deeply. Today felt like witnessing the spiral of life come full circle. Many years ago, Dan entered my life as a facilitator during an ayahuasca ceremony and became a teacher, mentor, sister, friend and such a pivotal part of my journey. Through her cacao ceremonies and cacao dieta, I was guided deeper within—reclaiming and remembering parts of myself that had long been forgotten. Then life carried Dan to Peru for three years, while my own journey continued here. I grew. I unraveled. I remembered. I learned to trust and embody the medicine I carry within, and from that remembering, a sacred community began to grow here in Red Bank. And now, Dan has return home to Staten Island. Today, we sat beside one another—not only as teacher and student, but as two women weaving the medicine we each carry into one sacred offering. There were moments when I looked over at her as we sang, smiled, and held space together, and my heart could barely contain the gratitude. She has witnessed so much of my becoming. And today, I witnessed her as she witnessed me. Today, three beautiful sisters joined me in NUMA for our final Women’s Circle of the season. 🌿✨ As summer begins to soften into autumn and we approach the Autumn Equinox, we gathered at this sacred threshold between what has been and what is becoming. A time of shifting. Releasing. Remembering. Becoming. Today was not about letting go of parts of ourselves—it was about turning toward them. 🤍 The parts that have protected us. The parts that have carried so much. The parts that have been waiting to be seen, heard, felt, embraced, and loved. We journeyed inward, into the heart of Mother Earth, meeting these parts with compassion and curiosity. We listened to what they needed us to hear and honored all they have carried—releasing not the parts themselves, but what they no longer need to carry into this next season. We held space for one another in such a deep and powerful way. We looked into the eyes of our sisters and reminded one another: I see you. I hear you. I feel you. I honor you. I embrace all of you. This is sacred sisterhood. A space where we do not have to arrive healed, polished, or without our shadows. We arrive exactly as we are—and we are witnessed, held, and welcomed. To the beautiful women who sat in circle today, I honor you. Thank you for showing up for yourselves, for one another, and for allowing me the sacred privilege of witnessing you and being of service. Last night felt like a beautiful exhale. 🌿✨ Nervous System Nourishment: An Acupuncture + Sound Healing Journey was an invitation to step out of the noise, the movement, the constant doing… and simply receive. We gathered in this beautiful liminal space between seasons—honoring the transition from the expansive, fiery energy of summer toward the grounding, inward energy of autumn. A moment to reflect on where we’ve been, what we want to carry forward, and what we are ready to gently lay down. In a world that asks so much of our nervous systems, there is something sacred about choosing to stop. To soften. To be held. To let go. To rest without needing to earn it. There are prayers that are spoken… and there are prayers that are remembered. As the drum carries its ancient heartbeat, I allow my voice to open and the language that lives deep within me to flow. I experience these sounds as an ancient remembrance—a prayer of song that arises organically, without thought or preparation, uniquely unfolding within the sacred space I hold. This transmission has become part of the medicine I share with those who enter my space. The drum grounds us into the heartbeat of the Earth, while the voice carries a prayer beyond words—through rhythm, vibration, breath, and spirit. I do not need to understand every sound that comes through. I simply listen, trust, and allow. I am deeply humbled and grateful for the remembrance of this wisdom within me, and for every soul who allows me to share this sacred prayer in their presence. The drum remembers. The body remembers. The soul remembers. 🪶✨

My voice has become one of my most sacred instruments. Through sound healing, I’ve learned to allow my voice to rise from deeper within me—not simply from my throat, but from my womb space, moving through my body and into expression. These vocalizations are intuitive frequencies—sound carried through breath, body, spirit, and vibration. I allow myself to become the vessel, letting the tones move through me and into the space, offering them in service to the healing journey unfolding. For me, this is the remembrance of the voice as medicine—the womb as wisdom, the throat as expression, and sound as a bridge between the two. ✨

There is something so sacred about witnessing your daughter remember the medicine that already lives within her. ✨ My beautiful daughter, Madison, sharing the medicine of her music and her voice within our Women’s Circle. Her voice carries such depth, tenderness, and soul, and watching her offer her song while holding space for other women is a gift I struggle to put into words. I am deeply grateful that at such a young age, she is listening to and trusting the ancient wisdom within her—and that I have the honor of witnessing her unfold into it.
