New Client: BioMat Session with Binaural
Service Description
Unwind, reset, and give yourself permission to simply rest and receive with a personalized BioMat experience enhanced by soothing binaural beats. This peaceful session takes place in our beautiful indoor sanctuary, creating a quiet space to step away from the outside world and reconnect with yourself. For new clients, your experience begins with a personal consultation. Danielle will take time to get to know you, understand what is bringing you into the space, discuss your current needs, and explore your intentions for the session. Your Session May Include Consultation & Intention Setting A thoughtful conversation with Danielle to explore how you are feeling physically, emotionally, and energetically and what you would like to receive from your time in the sanctuary. Energetic Cleansing Before settling onto the BioMat, Danielle will offer an intentional energetic cleansing to help you release the energy of the day, ground into the space, and prepare your body and mind for rest. BioMat Therapy Relax comfortably on the BioMat, which combines soothing far-infrared warmth with jade and tourmaline gemstones. The gentle warmth encourages physical relaxation and may provide temporary relief from muscle tension and stiffness. Binaural Beats Once settled, you will be left to rest privately while listening through headphones to carefully selected binaural beats and meditative sound frequencies. These layered tones can encourage relaxation, quiet mental chatter, and support a deeper meditative experience. Your Private Restorative Time This portion of your experience is intentionally self-guided. There is no hands-on Reiki or practitioner-led energy healing during your time on the BioMat, allowing you to simply rest, breathe, meditate, or drift into stillness. Integration & Grounding Danielle will reconnect with you afterward, allowing time to gently transition out of your experience, discuss anything that arose, and help you feel grounded before returning to your day. Cancellation Policy
Non-Refundable Policy for Sisters of the Conscious Soul LLC Policy Overview: At Sisters of the Conscious Soul LLC, we strive to provide the highest quality services and experiences for our clients. To ensure fairness and clarity, we have established a non-refundable policy for all transactions. This policy applies to all services, including Reiki sessions, sound healing sessions, workshops, events, and any other offerings provided by Sisters of the Conscious Soul LLC. Non-Refundable Policy: Scope: This non-refundable policy applies to all transactions, including but not limited to service bookings, event registrations, and product purchases. Booking and Payment: All bookings and payments for services, workshops, and events are final and non-refundable. Payments must be made in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment or reservation. Cancellations and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment or event registration, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment or event will not be eligible for a refund or credit. We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. No-Show Policy: If you do not attend your scheduled appointment or event without prior notification, you will forfeit the full payment, and no refund or credit will be issued. Workshops and Events: All workshop and event fees are non-refundable. In the event that a workshop or event is canceled by Sisters of the Conscious Soul LLC, a full refund or credit will be issued. Products: All product sales are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products purchased through Sisters of the Conscious Soul LLC. Exceptional Circumstances: In exceptional circumstances, such as emergencies or unforeseen events, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a credit or rescheduling option.
