To ensure fairness and clarity, we have established a non-refundable policy for all transactions. This policy applies to all services, including Reiki sessions, sound healing sessions, workshops, events, and any other offerings provided by Sisters of the Conscious Soul LLC. Non-Refundable Policy: Scope: This non-refundable policy applies to all transactions, including but not limited to service bookings, event registrations, and product purchases. Booking and Payment: All bookings and payments for services, workshops, and events are final and non-refundable. Payments must be made in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment or reservation. Cancellations and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment or event registration, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment or event will not be eligible for a refund or credit. We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. No-Show Policy: If you do not attend your scheduled appointment or event without prior notification, you will forfeit the full payment, and no refund or credit will be issued. Workshops and Events: All workshop and event fees are non-refundable. In the event that a workshop or event is canceled by Sisters of the Conscious Soul LLC, a full refund or credit will be issued.
