Held beneath the open sky in NUMA’s Sister of the Conscious Soul’s sacred outdoor yurt sanctuary, this intimate healing experience weaves together crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, breathwork, fascia release, spinal attunement, and body-led somatic guidance to create a space for deep restoration and renewal.

As the body softens into a meditative theta state, the nervous system begins to regulate, tension gently releases, and the spirit is invited forward.
